This chemical mainly used as the color-fixing agent of reactive dyes and direct dyes as well as printed fabrics.It can improve the fabrics wet fastness and weather fastness.Doesn’t effect light fastness on cellulose fibers.This is an environmentally friendly non-formaldehyde fixing agent.

Application
Suggest make trial batch before bulk use .
The suggested dosage :
0.1-1.55% O.W.F for medium shade,
0.3-1% O.W.F for deep shade.
Process:40~ 60 * 15~20 mins.,
For dip-padding process is 2 dips and 2 pads with 10-15g/L
Directly dissolving in fixing bath, Fabrics can be put in fixing bath in both dry state and wet state. If soaping in tie washing machine, can fixing in the final two baths. Fixing bath can be used continually,
and only to add suitable amount.
Notice
Reactive dyes color fastness not only depends on dyestuff concentration but also on washing after dyeing. Dyed fabrics must be fully washed (washing, soaping, then re-washing). Deep colored textile fabrics should be fixed after soaping at high temperature and washing.
