Raw material adding ratio:
Crude oil: 20kg
supporting Emulsifier: 10kg
Acid water 5kg: 1.5 kg of glacial acetic acid plus 3.5kg of water
Water: 65 kg
Total: 100 kg
Operation process of emulsifying into 30% amino silicone oil emulsion:
1. Add emulsifier and crude oil to the stirring tank, start stirring, and fully stir for 5-10 minutes.
2. Add 4 kg of water and fully stir for 5 minutes, then add 0.5 kg of acid Water, stir for 5-10 minutes
3 , add 4 kg of water and stir well for 5 minutes, add 0.5 kg of acid water, stir for 5-10 minutes
4 , add 4 kg of water and stir well for 5 minutes, add 0.5 kg of acid water, Stir for 5-10 minutes
5. Add 8 kg of water and stir for 5 minutes, add 0.5 kg of acid water, stir for 5-10 minutes
6. Add After fully stirring 15 kg of water for 5 minutes, add 1 kg of acid water and stir for 5-10 minutes.
7. Add 15 kg of water and stir for 5 minutes. Add 2 kg of acid water and stir for 5-10 minutes.
8 Add 15 kg of acid water. Stir the water fully for 5-10 minutes, test with PH test paper, use glacial acetic acid to control the pH value at about 6 , filter and pack.
